Ready to Sell?

We provide you with a FREE Property Value Report so you can determine what price you would like to sell at. 

Once you are ready to list your residential or commercial property with Open House Real Estate, you will sign a listing agreement.  In the listing agreement we will set the terms: listing price, on market date as well as the expiration date of the listing. 

Once the listing agreement is signed, we will need a key to add to the lockbox.  

We like to get the photos completed as soon as possible that way we can get your property can get listed quickly.

We will provide a yard sign.  The sign installation date will depend on the date the listing is to go live on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

California real estate law requires sellers to disclose to buyers of their real property "any material facts known to the seller affecting the value or desirability of the real estate." To legally sell a home in California, it's important to adhere to disclosure laws.  We will have you complete and sign these disclosures right away.  

We will hold open houses to showcase your property.

We Empower the property owner by giving them control of the showing process. Sellers can approve showings and stay informed of upcoming tours through a user friendly seller’s dashboard.

1. Must be pre-approved and provide a pre-approval

If you are not pre-approved you must be willing to get pre-approved before any showings.  We can have one of our preferred lenders reach out to you if your not sure how to get pre-approved.

2. Sign a Buyer Broker Agreement

New laws have went into affect and you are now required to sign an agreement before we can show you any homes.  This agreement will contain the Services Provided by the Agent, Agent Compensation, and the Duration of Agreement.

3. Once you have completed the above steps we can move on to viewing homes.
